它是個可數名詞
如果要講堤防潰堤了，是用動詞 break 或 burst
(注意 burst 的過去式和過去分詞仍是 burst )
如果要指的是很多人沿著堤防騎腳踏車或慢跑的地方
要說是「在堤防上方的自行車道/步道」
比如 the path on top of the levee 或 the levee-top path
