The job requires at least two years of related experience. Getting a driver’s license requires passing both a written and a driving test. The company requires that all employees wear badges at all times. Sam requested more vacation time. I put in a request for more office supplies. The company requested more money from its investors. request 當動詞時, 句型和 require 一樣 當名詞時, 則要用 “request for 物” 的句型 語言的使用和文化息息相關 中國人的習慣是講話的語氣要儘量婉轉客氣 (至少在公事上是如此) 所以也許有人會有疑問: 如果 request 姿態較低的話 那都用 request 不是比較客氣, 比較好嗎? The contract _______ that the project be done in three months. 2. Being a nurse _______ a lot of patience. 3. The woman _______ that the bus driver stop at the next corner. 4. The law ______ that a citizen must be over 18 to vote for politicians. 5. I sent an e-mail _______ more information about the classes.
